We provide aggregated business intelligence lists of locations that may be relevant to ATM placement research. Our lists are compiled from publicly available data sources, including the Google Places API, publicly listed business websites, and other publicly accessible directories. AI tools are used to generate placement scores and supplementary insights. The data reflects a snapshot at the time of delivery, is compiled from third-party public sources, and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current.
All business information included in our lists—including business names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, ratings, and other details—is sourced exclusively from publicly available data. This includes information listed on public business directories, business websites, Google Maps, and other publicly accessible sources. We do not obtain information from private, proprietary, or non-public databases. Email addresses, when included, are sourced from publicly accessible business websites and listings.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are charged as one-time payments via Stripe. You will not be billed on a recurring basis. Pricing is subject to change, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in the case of a verified technical issue, such as failure to deliver the list, corrupted files, or system errors on our end. If you experience a technical problem, contact us at support@placementscout.ai within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly (either by re-delivering the list or issuing a refund at our discretion).
Because our service involves the delivery of digital research data that cannot be “returned,” we cannot offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the number, type, or quality of locations in a given area. Location availability varies by geography, population density, and business landscape.
Lists are delivered via email to the address provided during checkout. Lists are typically delivered within 24 hours. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or full mailboxes.
While we make reasonable efforts to compile useful data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information in our lists. All data is aggregated from publicly available third-party sources and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Business details (names, addresses, phone numbers, ratings, emails) may change without notice. Our AI Placement Scores are algorithmic estimates based on publicly available data and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. You are responsible for independently verifying all information before relying on it.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the data provided in our lists complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to:
Email outreach: If you use email addresses from our lists for outreach, you are responsible for complying with the CAN-SPAM Act and any applicable anti-spam laws, including providing opt-out mechanisms, accurate subject lines, and your physical mailing address in all commercial emails.
Phone outreach: If you contact businesses by phone, you are responsible for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Telemarketing Sales Rules, and any applicable state telemarketing laws, including Do Not Call registry requirements.
ATM business regulations: If you operate or plan to operate ATMs, you are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable regulations, including FinCEN registration requirements, state money transmitter laws, ADA accessibility requirements, and any local permitting or licensing obligations.

Certain features of our service use artificial intelligence to generate placement scores, location insights, and sample outreach content. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed, edited, and verified by you before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of any AI-generated content.
PlacementScout.ai provides location research data to support your business planning. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, placements, revenue, or business results. Success in ATM placement depends on many factors outside our control, including your outreach efforts, local market conditions, business owner decisions, and regulatory requirements. Any examples or case studies presented on our website are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent typical or guaranteed results.
Lists are licensed for the personal or internal business use of the purchaser. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the data. You may use the data for business research, planning, and outreach purposes related to ATM placement, subject to your compliance obligations outlined in Section 8.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlacementScout.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to damages arising from inaccurate data, failed business outreach, regulatory non-compliance, or business decisions made based on our data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlacementScout.ai and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our data, your outreach activities, your failure to comply with applicable laws, or your breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
